Merginamide A 140 is a solvent-containing (xylene /; N-butanol) polyaminoamide adduct hardener which, in combination with solutions of solid epoxy resins having an epoxy equivalent weight of approx. 475, is suitable for the formulation of cold-curing solvent-containing coatings for use in corrosion protection on steel (eg shipbuilding) and mineral substrates (eg in construction).
