Continuous improvement is a key element of HOBUM’s corporate culture. During the HOBUM Barbecue Time on July 15, 2026, two employees were recognized for their contributions within the continuous improvement process (CIP). The awards were presented by Managing Director John‑Philip Mergell and Operations Manager Andreas Rogenhofer in a summer setting.

An employee from the production team and Toni Maddonni were recognized for their dedicated contributions to improving process and occupational safety. Their initiatives support the ongoing development of safe and efficient operations throughout the company.

Due to shift patterns and the start of the holiday season, not all certificates could be handed over in person. Nevertheless, the recognized contributions highlight how continuous improvement is embedded in daily operations and continues to strengthen HOBUM’s high safety standards.
